BenefitsMart was founded in 1993 by Jean Russell. Prior to starting BenefitsMart, Jean had significant experience in the insurance industry. She observed the frustration many clients experienced with poor service quality and was convinced that she could build a successful business based on quality service and education.

Today, BenefitsMart clients span many industry sectors including manufacturing, high-tech, information delivery, distribution, and service. As a result, we have experience in designing plans for established firms as well as start-up ventures. We have worked through benefits issues in labor negotiations and for companies with other complex issues.
